Do I need an internal assessment?
An internal assessment is not automatically required for pelvic floor physiotherapy.
However, depending on your symptoms, an internal assessment may provide important information about pelvic floor muscle function and pelvic organ support. If you're not sure, feel free to chat with our reception team. There is also ZERO pressure to have this assessment done if you don't want to.
Still not sure?
You don't need to know exactly what assessment you need before you see us.
Tell us what's going on, and we'll help you work out where to start.
